Why are we running this survey? Because we’re always looking to expand our renewable energy solutions offering. An air source heat pump is a great way to cut carbon emissions, reduce long-term heating costs, and future-proof your home or business against rising energy and environmental standards. It’s also highly affordable:
If you’re in England or Wales, the main funding option is the government’s Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS), which currently provides:
- £7,500 towards an air source heat pump (air-to-water)
- £7,500 towards a ground source heat pump
- £5,000 towards a biomass boiler
- £2,500 towards certain air-to-air heat pump installations
The grant is applied by the installer and deducted from your quote, so you don’t receive the money directly.
Typical eligibility
You generally need to:
- Own the property (including many landlords of small properties).
- Be replacing an existing fossil-fuel or eligible electric heating system.
- Use an MCS-certified installer. (we’re MCS-certified)
- Meet the scheme’s technical requirements.

1. Promoter
This giveaway is promoted by Kembla (“the Promoter”). By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
- The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
- Employees of Kembla, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. How to Enter
- To enter, participants must complete and submit the entry form via the Kembla newsletter/email as directed.
- Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received.
4. Giveaway Period
- The giveaway opens on 18th of June.
- The closing date is 31st of July at 11:30pm BST. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
5. Prize
- One (1) winner will receive a £100 Amazon Gift Card.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances make this necessary.
6. Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a random selection tool, on or shortly after the closing date.
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner will be notified by email within 7 working days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Claiming the Prize
- The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility before the prize is awarded.
- The prize will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the winner.
8. Data & Privacy
- Personal data collected as part of this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner.
